Happy New Year!! Can it really be 2007? Wow! I hope you all had a great time celebrating! Our family joined friends for a fondue and stuffed ourselves silly! We didn't stop with just doing cheese, oil or chocolate, we did all THREE! *smile* It was simply great and a perfect way to sit around and laugh and chat! Not like Christmas dinner when you cook all day and it's all over in about 10 minutes! Our kids thought fondue was just the best and cooking their own meat chunks was a highlight of the evening! Though all the adults were yawning and it was only 11pm, we took on a few games of 'Sequence', girls against the guys. I'm sad to report the guys won each time and I'll chalk that up to the hour of the night! As midnight was minutes away we turned on CBC Radio. The loopy radio announcer gave us a few good laughs and counted the new year in for us ! A New Years kiss to the hubby, and a 'let's round up the kids' as to say, we've had a great night, but it's midnight and past our bedtime!' Thanks L & C, same time, same place next year??? haha I'm not making any new years resolutions, as I never keep them anyways. After the last 6 months of difficult adjustment, 2007 can only get better!! Happy New Year everyone!
